. We are now seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our team and ensure efficient credit control processes.

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Controller to oversee our accounts receivable and ensure timely payments from our business clients. You will play a key role in maintaining cash flow, reducing outstanding debts, and improving overall financial efficiency.

We are looking ideally for a part time person at approximately 16-22.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices
• Chase overdue payments via phone, email, and written correspondence
• Build strong relationships with clients to resolve disputes and improve payment rates
• Work closely with the finance team to report on outstanding debts and cash flow
• Implement and improve credit control processes to reduce late payments
• Escalate serious payment issues and initiate legal action where necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £13.50 per hour
