Credit Executive (Excel - MS – CIT)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Credit Executive to evaluate loan applications, assess customer creditworthiness, verify documents, and support the credit approval process. The ideal candidate should have experience in NBFC, banking, lending, or financial services, preferably in unsecured or personal loan products.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate loan applications based on company credit policies.
• Analyze customer income, financial documents, banking transactions, and credit history.
• Conduct credit assessment and determine the customer's repayment capacity.
• Verify KYC, income, employment, and other supporting documents.
• Review CIBIL/credit bureau reports and identify credit risks.
• Assess customer profiles and recommend approval, rejection, or additional verification.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Field Teams, and other internal departments for case processing.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify potential fraud, discrepancies, or high-risk cases and escalate them appropriately.
• Maintain accurate records of credit cases and update MIS/reports.
• Ensure timely processing of cases while maintaining credit quality.
• Follow up on pending documents and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor portfolio quality and support reduction of credit risk and delinquency.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
