Credit Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and approve/recommend loan applications based on company credit policies and risk parameters.
• Conduct detailed credit assessment and underwriting of customers.
• Analyse customer income, bank statements, credit bureau reports, repayment history and financial information.
• Assess customer creditworthiness, repayment capacity and risk profile.
• Review and interpret CIBIL/Experian/other credit bureau reports.
• Identify potential fraud, high-risk applications and credit irregularities.
• Ensure accurate verification of customer documents and financial information.
• Make timely credit decisions within defined approval limits and TAT.
• Monitor portfolio performance, including delinquency, bounce rates, DPD and repayment trends.
• Analyse early warning indicators and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, collections and risk teams to resolve credit-related issues.
• Maintain proper documentation of credit decisions and ensure adherence to internal policies.
• Prepare credit MIS and portfolio performance reports for management.
• Review and recommend improvements in credit policies, underwriting rules and approval processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable RBI/NBFC regulations and internal risk policies.
• Support internal and statutory audits related to credit operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
