Credit Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of credit analysts to review and approve business loan applications within the given TAT (Turnaround Time).
• Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements, industry trends, and market conditions to assess creditworthiness of borrowers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify their working capital needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures related to secured loans.

Job Requirements :

• 2-10 years of experience in banking or finance industry as a Credit Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of business loan products such as secured loans, unsecured loans, lines of credit etc. .
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data effectively.
