Position DescriptionWith team fit and culture a priority, the business is seeking a dynamic and motivated Credit Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, your duties will include but not be limited to the following:

• Effectively lead, manage and oversee a team of 4 staff in Accounts Receivable.
• Management of the day to day operations of invoicing, allocating, and receipting.
• Oversee the collections process and handling escalations.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Optimise existing processes to achieve strategic goals whilst implement new strategies to increase efficiencies.
• Conduct continuous due diligence on credit processes.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships across the business alongside external stakeholders.
• Prepare and generate routine reports to help senior management and key business stakeholders monitor progress.

• Proven ability to manage a large debtors ledger, with strong negotiation & decision making sills.
