Credit Officer

We are looking for a responsible and professional Credit Officer to join our team.  The candidate should have good communication skills and be able to handle confidential information.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact customers to negotiate settlement and repayment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities.
• Follow up with customers and Collection Agencies (CA) on payment arrangements.
• Prepare account assignments, settlement proposals, and recovery letters.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
• Assist with AKPK-related matters and monthly reporting.
• Escalate unresolved accounts and assist with legal matters when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in any field.
• 1–2 years of experience in debt collection is preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Office location: Kuala Lumpur (Ampang LRT and KLCC MRT accessible)
• Working Hours: Monday–Friday: 9AM – 5PM, Saturday: 9AM – 1PM.
• Employment Type: Contract (Renewable)
