We are looking for a Credit Policy & Risk Analytics Manager to lead the development and evaluation of credit policies and risk analytics, ensuring effective risk management, healthy credit performance, and sustainable business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the development and enhancement of credit policies and procedures, including Risk Acceptance Criteria, authorization limits, credit document requirements, credit approval processes, and other credit parameters.
• Lead the evaluation of credit policy, procedure, and deviation performance and identify opportunities to improve credit quality and strengthen risk mitigation.
• Develop and enhance credit risk analysis frameworks, methodologies, parameters, tools, and performance measures to support credit quality monitoring.
• Monitor credit portfolio quality and performance, develop credit quality forecasts, and provide actionable recommendations to Management and related functions.
• Provide credit risk analysis and recommendations related to risk appetite, risk-based pricing, risk mitigation, and other credit risk models to support business and risk decisions.
• Lead the review and analysis of allowance/provision based on credit impairment models, including PD and LGD.
• Conduct industry research and benchmarking on credit policies, processes, systems, tools, and risk practices to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Credit Scoring, Credit MIS, Business, IT, Finance, and other related functions to drive credit policy and risk improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, Business, or other relevant fields.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in credit policy, credit risk analytics, credit risk management, portfolio analytics, or related areas, preferably in banking, multifinance, fintech, or financial services.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong experience in credit policy and procedure development, evaluation, and implementation.
• Strong understanding of credit risk analysis, portfolio performance, credit parameters, and risk mitigation.
• Experience in credit quality forecasting, risk appetite, risk-based pricing, or credit risk modeling is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of PSAK 71/IFRS 9, PD, LGD, and ECL is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business and risk recommendations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in industry research, benchmarking, and continuous improvement initiatives is an advantage.
