Credit Processing Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and practical training on Credit Processing Officer concepts and processes.
• Conduct trainee assessments and monitor learning progress.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and session reports.
• Provide guidance on banking operations, credit processing, and industry best practices.
• Support trainees in skill development, interview preparation, and placement readiness.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline with relevant BFSI industry experience.
• 4-5 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) or Retail Asset Management.
• Minimum 2 years of training experience in the BFSI domain.
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and training documentation.
