Temporary Account Support Specialist Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (after training period)

Onsite: Tuesday and Thursday

Work from Home: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Position Overview Additional onsite coverage required as needed

Seeking a detail oriented administrative professional to provide account support across multiple teams. This temporary, open ended assignment involves customer communication, account review, data entry, reporting, documentation processing, and mailroom backup coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding past-due accounts.
• Coordinate with agencies regarding protected accounts.
• Review and maintain account records.
• Generate and review reports.
• Perform data entry and general administrative tasks.
• Process agency documentation related to assistance programs and service protections.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail and provide backup coverage as needed.
• Support multiple teams with daily administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong phone and customer service skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple priorities.
• Previous administrative, data entry, or account support experience preferred.

Additional Schedule Requirement This position follows a hybrid schedule; however, onsite attendance is required when providing mailroom coverage during staff absences, vacation, or scheduled days off.
