You’ll also have a voice in how we improve. We value people who spot opportunities, share ideas, and work alongside their teammates to build better processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Review credit applications, establish new accounts, approve equipment orders, and complete annual customer credit risk reviews in line with company procedures.
  • Monitor the Accounts Receivable portfolio, evaluate credit limits against balances, identify payment trends, and recommend solutions while meeting service expectations.
  • Maintain accurate customer financial and collection records, including annual credit limit audits and supporting reporting.
  • Partner with internal teams, customers, and leadership to improve processes, strengthen policies, resolve account issues, and share collection and dispute-resolution best practices.
