About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and credit data to identify potential risks and trends.
• Review customer, account, and transaction information to support credit decisions.
• Perform credit risk assessments using financial and business information.
• Prepare reports and dashboards related to credit performance and risk metrics.
• Monitor credit portfolios and identify unusual trends or changes in risk exposure.
• Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, or other analytical tools.
• Support development and monitoring of credit risk models, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct data quality checks and investigate discrepancies.
• Collaborate with business, finance, risk, and analytics teams.
• Document analysis, findings, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of financial statements, credit concepts, or risk analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or other analytical tools.
• Internship, academic, or project experience involving financial or credit data.
• Familiarity with credit risk metrics, portfolio analysis, or financial modeling.
• Understanding of consumer, commercial, or corporate credit concepts.
• Exposure to banking, financial services, lending, or risk management.
