Credit Risk Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all BNPL credit risk operations (online & offline), including underwriting, screening, and approval processes
• Develop, review, and implement BNPL credit policies aligned with company risk appetite; optimize data-driven credit strategies (rule-based & scorecards)
• Track and manage portfolio performance (FPD, NPL, vintage analysis, roll rate) and create action plans to maintain credit quality
• Work closely with Risk, Collections, Fraud, Data, and Product teams, and coordinate with senior management (BOD) and external vendors
• Ensure full compliance with Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) regulations, prepare relevant documentation
• Lead, coach, and develop the credit team, including performance management and KPI review

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Engineering)
• 5 - 8 years in credit roles within banking (retail/digital), multifinance, or fintech/P2P lending, including at least 3 years in Assistant Manager/Manager level
• Solid understanding of credit processes including screening, scoring, underwriting, credit modeling, and risk-based pricing
• Strong experience managing consumer lending portfolios (unsecured loans, BNPL), developing and implementing credit policies, and monitoring portfolio quality (FPD, NPL, vintage analysis)
• Professional certifications (SPPI, Risk Management, BSMR, Data Analytics) are a plus
• In-depth understanding of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) regulations and strong awareness of evolving digital lending trends in Indonesia
