Credit Risk Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and continuously improve risk management policies, procedures, systems and tools
• Maintain and optimize stock margin ratios and blacklist
• Monitor and manage risk exposures and limit utilization at company, counterparty and product levels
• Conduct risk assessment and recommendations on limit applications, new business/product development and other risk related projects
• Support wealth management business by providing financial product listing standards and product risk ratings
• Provide regular and ad hoc risk reports to the business and management
• Perform additional duties and support other risk management projects when required

Requirement & Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting or related fields. FRM/ CFA is preferred
• At least 6 years of credit risk management experience at a large securities firm
• Familiar with Hong Kong and US markets including margin financing, futures, options, and the related margin models, margin call/forced liquidation procedures and limit management
• Ability to analyze corporate financial statements, including ratio analysis, cash flow analysis, and suspicious financial manipulation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong proficiency in Mandarin.
• Self-motivated learner with the ability to master credit analysis skills, global macroeconomic trends, and industry-specific knowledge
• Strong ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Immediately available is preferred
