  • Prepare and validate data to support regulatory inquiries, audits, and internal management requests.

  • Perform data reconciliation between source systems and regulatory reports to ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy.
  • Investigate reporting discrepancies, identify root causes, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
  • Support the automation and enhancement of regulatory reporting processes using SQL and reporting tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of reporting processes, data lineage, controls, and governance for audit and regulatory reviews.
  • Prepare management reports, dashboards, and analytical insights to support the Risk Management team and senior leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Regulatory Reporting, Risk Reporting, Risk Analytics, MIS, or a similar role within banking, consumer finance, fintech, digital lending, or other regulated financial institutions.
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken) are required, with the ability to collaborate effectively with regional stakeholders and prepare reports and documentation in English.
  • Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and regulatory requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of risk management concepts, including credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk, and operational risk.
  • Familiarity with Bank of Thailand (BOT) regulations, Basel III/IV, or other regulatory reporting frameworks is preferred.
  • High attention to detail, strong sense of accountability, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across Risk, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams.
