Credit Scoring & MIS Manager

We are looking for a Credit Scoring & MIS Manager to lead the development and enhancement of credit scoring models, credit risk MIS, portfolio monitoring, and credit risk analytics to support effective risk management and strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of credit scoring models, including Application, Behavior, and Collection Scoring, using internal and external data.
• Lead the development and maintenance of Credit Risk Management Information System (MIS), including infrastructure, documentation, portfolio monitoring dashboards, and reporting.
• Provide accurate, timely, and insightful credit portfolio data, reports, and analytical information to Management and related stakeholders.
• Manage the implementation of credit scoring models into systems and operations, and monitor model usage, score results, and performance for continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain credit risk stress testing and relevant portfolio monitoring tools to assess portfolio resilience.
• Explore and evaluate new credit risk modeling methodologies, alternative data sources, and data-driven solutions to enhance credit scoring and risk assessment.
• Lead Proof of Concept (POC) activities and evaluate third-party credit scoring tools or applications to assess their effectiveness and suitability for implementation.
• Conduct analysis and gap assessment of credit risk data, reporting, and monitoring practices against applicable regulations, standards, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with Credit Policy, Risk, Business, IT, Data, and other related functions to drive credit risk improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or other relevant fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in credit risk, credit scoring, credit risk modeling, risk analytics, portfolio analytics, or related areas, preferably in banking, multifinance, fintech, or financial services.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring credit scoring models.
• Strong understanding of credit risk modeling, statistical analysis, and portfolio performance monitoring.
• Proficient in SQL and at least one programming/statistical language such as Python, R, SAS, or equivalent.
• Experience in credit risk MIS, dashboard development, and management reporting.
• Experience in stress testing, model performance monitoring, and model enhancement is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of PSAK 71/IFRS 9, PD, LGD, and ECL is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong interest in data-driven risk management, new modeling methodologies, alternative data, and technology-based solutions.
