About the Role
As a Credit Solutions Representative, you will engage with customers to provide tailored repayment solutions that align with their unique financial circumstances. Working within our contingent collections team, you will play a key role in recovering outstanding debts on behalf of major Australian financial institution and our office hours are from 9.00AM to 5.30 Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities.

Handling high volumes of outbound and inbound calls to customers with a focus on resolution

• Listening to and understanding each customer’s unique situation to provide customised solutions
• Negotiating settlements and payment arrangements in line with their financial position
• Managing accounts for clients from major Australian financial institutions
• Collaborating with team members and liaising with third parties, including our legal department (training provided)
• Conducting skip tracing and reviewing Equifax reports (comprehensive training provided)
• Adhering to company protocols, call scripts, and industry regulations including the ACCC Guidelines, Privacy Act, and other relevant legislation

• Proven experience in collections (contingent or hard collections preferred).
