Credit System and Support Management Professional

Main Responsibilities

• Develop routine monitoring report automation, including preparing system optimization requirement documents, coordinating with the communicating Head Office's counterpart division and development center, and participating in subsequent system testing.

• Maintain data quality of credit system and coordinating relevant divisions (if any) to complete data problem rectification upon discovery of data quality issues.

• Draft reports routine and ad-hoc reports to Division Heads, Management and Head Office.

• Coordinate and communicate with counterpart division in Head Office.

• Monitor the development of green finance.

• Responsible for divisional procurement matters and administrative affairs. Requirements - Degree holder in business or other related disciplines.

• Relevant working experience in reporting and office administration.

• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English (Putonghua is a must).

• Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other office software.
