Credit Verifier

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review credit applications and conduct background investigation.
• Conducts ocular and physical inspection/telephone inquiries to verify authenticity of client’s statement.
• Checking pertinent facts about the client’s credit standing/ history/ behavior from the other banks/ financial institutions, through online verification – Loandex, CMAP-BAP inquiry, bank fishing, employment verification, suppliers and customer verification.
• Conducts residence verification to establish and ascertain ownership of residence and background of client in the neighborhood.
• Performs Bank account checking of Client’s and Buyer’s account.(look for a better way to describe)
• Conducts verification of the contracts/status of the project/billings of the client to the government/private institutions.

·         Conducts appraisal of the property assigned as collateral

• Performs registration/cancellation of mortgage, verification of Titles, etc.
• Printing of PN’s for corporate and individual accounts.
• Prepare monthly Credit Investigator Report.
• Perform other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
