• Prepare and process customer bills and invoices accurately.
• Enter sales and billing information into the billing/accounting system.
• Verify prices, quantities, discounts, taxes, and payment details.
• Collect and record cash, card, UPI, or other customer payments.
• Maintain accurate billing and payment records.
• Handle customer queries related to bills, payments, and invoices.
• Reconcile daily sales and billing transactions.
• Coordinate with the accounts, sales, and store teams when required.
• Prepare daily billing and collection reports.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow company billing procedures.
• Report billing discrepancies or errors to the supervisor.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
