About The Role Planes Moving & Storage is hiring a Crew Driver - Commercial Data Center to transport crews and equipment to customer sites and work alongside the crew performing data center moving and installation services.

This is not a driving-only position. The Crew Driver is responsible for safely driving team members and equipment to and from job sites and then working alongside the crew to load, unload, install, relocate, and decommission server racks and related equipment.

What You'll Do

• Drive company vehicles to transport crew members and equipment to job sites
• Load, secure, transport, and unload server racks and equipment
• Work alongside the crew to install, relocate, decommission, and migrate server racks
• Uncrate, position, and re-crate servers and equipment within data centers
• Use pallet jacks, moving equipment, and other material-handling tools
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns
• Maintain clean vehicles, trailers, and work areas
• Follow all company and client safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatch, and team members

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds repeatedly
• Comfortable performing physical labor throughout the workday
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Experience

• Moving, warehouse, logistics, or transportation experience
• Experience driving company vehicles
• Experience handling server racks or other technical equipment
• Data center experience is a plus

Schedule & Work Environment

• Typical start times are 5:45 AM or 6:30 AM
• Weekend work is required
• Physical, hands-on work in data centers and customer facilities
• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving of equipment
• Some outdoor work and exposure to varying weather conditions
