Crew Foreman

Contour Fence & Deck, an Origin Exterior Partners company, is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Crew Leader to join our team.

If you've built and installed fences and decks professionally, enjoy leading a crew, and take pride in producing high-quality work, we want to talk with you.

We're experiencing strong demand for custom fences and decks, and need experienced leaders who can step in, lead projects, and help us continue delivering exceptional service to our customers.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage construction crews, assigning tasks and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion of projects
• Read plans and coordinate daily job activities
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards
• Train and mentor crew members
• Communicate with homeowners and project managers
• Solve field issues while maintaining project schedules
• Maintain company vehicles, tools and equipment

What We're Looking For (Required)

• Previous experience building residential fencing, decks or similar construction background
• Experiencing leading or supervising crew members
• Ability to read plans and layouts
• Strong knowledge of framing, footings, stairs, rail systems, and decking materials
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
