About the role

Prepare food according to customer orders using company recipes. Ensure all kitchen equipment and food ingredients are clean, available, and properly stocked.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and in good condition
• Ensure all food ingredients are available in the kitchen
• Check food ingredients in the kitchen and determine if restocking is needed
• Prepare equipment, ingredients, and cooking tools as needed
• Prepare food according to customer orders using company recipes
• Monitor food stock, raw materials, supplies, and orders
• Help organize and maintain discipline and cleanliness in the kitchen area

About you

• Minimum 1 year experience in a restaurant, specifically in the kitchen (cooking, frying, boiling, baking)
• Ability to work in a busy kitchen environment
• Ability to work well in a team
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, frying, and food presentation
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to work shifting hours
• Willing to be placed in the Bali area; open to candidates residing outside Bali
