Crew Lead

Overview
Be Blessed Remodeling is looking for an experienced, dependable Crew Lead to manage remodeling projects on-site from start to finish. This position is responsible for leading the crew, maintaining project quality, coordinating daily workflow, and ensuring projects stay on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage da-to-day operations on residential remodeling job sites
• Lead and oversee crew members throughout projects
• Ensure work is completed correctly and efficiently
• Maintain project schedules and workflow
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, and subcontractors
• Communicate project updates with management and clients
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
• Identify and solve job-site issues as they arise
• Ensure projects meet company quality standards
• Assist with hands-on construction work when needed

Requirements

• 10+ years of residential remodeling or construction experience
• Previous crew lead, foreman, or project management experience
• Strong knowledge of remodeling and construction practices
• Ability to read plans and execute projects accurately
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to manage crews independently
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic

Compensation

• The selected Crew Lead will be paid per project
• Bonuses available

Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
