Crew Leader

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Crew Leader to oversee plumbing projects, ensuring high-quality execution and team efficiency. As a key leader on our team, you will manage crew members, coordinate work activities, and ensure safety standards are met across various construction sites. Duties

• Assist with, supervise and coordinate daily activities, including loading, materials pick up and management.
• Lead team members, assigning tasks effectively to maximize productivity and quality of work
• Operation and maintenance of equipment safely and efficiently, including tools, vehicles, machines, etc.
• Identify errors, fix/repair, ensure plumbing is correct, pictures and checklist for quality control.
• Oversee time management and phone usage on jobsites, ensure completion of jobs in a timely and efficient manner.
• Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and quality benchmarks are achieved
• Conduct safety inspections regularly, enforce safety protocols, and promote a safe working environment for all team members

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role.
• Supervising or crew management experience in a construction settings
• Knowledge of construction and blueprints.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Experience with new construction, renovation and installations preferred
• Ability to operate company vehicles safely and adhere to all safety regulations during all projects

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
