Crew Leader, Mowing

Greenhaven is a growing premium lawn care company serving Hershey and surrounding areas. We take quality seriously, and so do our clients. We're looking for an experienced mowing foreman who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and wants to grow with a company that's going places.

What you'll do

• Lead mowing operations across residential and commercial properties
• Operate zero-turn mowers to a high standard on every job
• Trimming, edging, and cleanup with attention to detail
• Set the tone for quality on the crew
• Represent Greenhaven professionally at every property

What we're looking for

• Proven zero - turn mower experience — you know what you're doing
• Someone who takes ownership and doesn't need to be managed
• Strong trimming skills and eye for detail
• Reliable — you show up on time, every time
• Experience leading or setting an example for others is a plus

What we offer

• $20–$22/hr based on experience
• 40 hours guaranteed per week

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37.0 per week
