Full-Time Crew Lead / Driver

Knick Knack Movers is looking for a hardworking, dependable Crew Lead/Driver to join our team. This is a physically demanding position that requires leadership, professionalism, and the ability to perform manual labor in all weather conditions, including the Texas heat.

As a Crew Lead, you will be responsible for safely driving company moving trucks, leading a crew, and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service. We are looking for someone who leads by example, works hard, and takes pride in a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company moving trucks and equipment.
• Lead and manage a moving crew on residential and commercial jobs.
• Manage Tablet; Including Payment Collecetion, Signatures, and Crew Hours.
• Load, unload, pack, and transport furniture and household goods with care.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers and teammates.
• Delegate tasks and keep jobs running efficiently and on schedule.
• Protect customer property and company equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Train and mentor new crew members when needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Previous moving, construction, landscaping, warehouse, delivery, or other manual labor experience preferred.
• Comfortable performing strenuous physical work and lifting 75+ pounds repeatedly.
• Able to work outdoors and in high temperatures.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stay organized and keep a crew motivated throughout the day.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
