We're looking for friendly, dependable, and hardworking Crew Members to join our growing team!

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare beverages, specialty coffees, lemonades, soft serve, and food items according to company standards.
• Accurately take orders and process payments using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including workstations, equipment, bathrooms and dining areas.
• Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging materials as needed.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines.
• Handle in-store, online, and delivery orders accurately and efficiently.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer service is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided!
• Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with others.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods.
• Willingness to learn new recipes and follow preparation standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine store duties.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is preferred.
