Crew Member/ Cashier

Duties

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the cash register or Aloha POS system.
• Prepare food items such as sandwiches, salads, and beverages according to company standards.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed during food preparation and handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and restocking supplies.
• Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and notifying management of any shortages.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and provide accurate change.
• Familiarity with operating a cash register or Aloha POS system is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and follow company policies and procedures.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
