Role Description The Crew Member role at Sully’s Steamers is a full-time or part-time, on-site position based in Spartanburg, SC. Crew Members prepare and steam sandwiches to order, assemble ingredients according to recipes, and ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards. Daily responsibilities include taking guest orders, operating the register, handling payments, and providing friendly, efficient customer service. Crew Members also help keep the shop clean and organized, restock supplies, and follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. This role involves working closely with teammates, supporting peak service times, and contributing to a positive, fun atmosphere in the shop.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide attentive, friendly customer service and communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Basic food preparation skills, with attention to following recipes, portion guidelines, and food safety practices.
• Comfort with operating a point-of-sale system, handling cash and card transactions, and maintaining accuracy.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and time management skills to support a fast-paced service environment.
• Willingness to stand for extended periods, lift and carry supplies, and perform cleaning tasks as needed.
• Prior experience in food service or retail is not required; training will be provided.
• Availability to work a consistent schedule, including weekends and peak hours as needed.
