Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Crew Member to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to Thai express recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Operating POS systems, accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and addressing customer needs promptly.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while upselling menu items to enhance sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen stations and dining spaces, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Assist in food safety practices by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely order fulfillment during busy periods.
• Support team members with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety standards is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
