Crew member

Key Responsibilities:

·       Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.

·       Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.

·       Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining, kitchen, and service stations.

·       Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

·       Assist with stock management, restocking supplies, and checking inventory levels.

·       Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

·       Handle payments and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.

·       Support in setting up, serving, and cleaning during events or peak service times.

Qualifications & Skills:

·       Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service is an advantage but not required (training provided).

·       Strong communication and teamwork skills.

·       Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

·       Positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

·       Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
