Role Overview

As a Crew Member, you are the face of Curry & Queso.

You will prepare food, serve guests, and maintain a clean, organized environment while delivering a fast but never rushed experience.

This role is perfect for someone who:

What You’ll Do

Guest Experience

• Greet every guest with warmth and energy
• Guide customers through the menu with confidence
• Ensure each guest feels welcomed, not rushed
• Deliver food accurately and efficiently

Food Preparation & Line Service

• Build bowls, burritos, quesadillas, and sides with precision
• Follow portion standards and recipes exactly
• Maintain speed during peak hours without sacrificing quality
• Restock and keep your station organized at all times

Cleanliness & Organization

• Keep all stations clean, stocked, and ready
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Maintain a calm and controlled workspace

Team Contribution

• Support teammates during rushes
• Support the back-end food prep
• Communicate clearly and respectfully
• Show up on time and ready to work
• Take ownership of your role and responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and grow

Experience in food service is a plus, but not required.

Pay & Benefits

• $11-$14/hr based on experience + $3-$4/ hr tips on average
• Employee meals
• Opportunity for growth

Pay: Up to $16.00 per hour
