Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair.
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests warmly and efficiently.
• Manage shift responsibilities including opening or closing the café, cash handling, and ensuring cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Lead team members during shifts by delegating tasks, motivating staff, and ensuring excellent food safety and food handling practices.
• Maintain inventory levels of supplies, monitor product freshness, and assist with food preparation when needed.
• Uphold food safety regulations and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff.
• Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods while maintaining quality service.
• Support sales goals through proactive upselling of beverages and food items to enhance guest experience.

• Must be able to read English
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure

• Experience with a POS system (desired)
• Quick learner in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
