We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team at a fast-paced quick service restaurant. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for our guests. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, preparing food, and maintaining the overall efficiency of restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their orders.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Utilize POS systems to process orders and manage payments efficiently.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas by sanitizing surfaces and equipment regularly.
• Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or quick service fast food environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math is a plus.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
