Crew Member – Landscaping & Lake Weed Removal

Position Overview

As a Crew Member, you will assist with a variety of landscaping and lakeshore restoration projects including lake weed removal, shoreline cleanup, landscape installation, and general outdoor labor. Every day is different, and much of our work takes place on beautiful lakeshores throughout the season.

Responsibilities

• Assist with lake weed and shoreline cleanup projects
• Remove aquatic weeds using chemical-free methods
• Install landscaping materials including rock, edging, mulch, plants, and pavers
• Perform spring and fall cleanups
• Help with grading, hauling debris, and site preparation
• Operate hand tools and basic landscaping equipment
• Work safely in and around water
• Maintain clean job sites and equipment
• Communicate professionally with crew leaders and customers

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Comfortable working near or in water
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Team-oriented and willing to learn
• Landscaping or lake service experience is a plus, but not required
