What You'll Do

We are looking for team members who can contribute in the kitchen, front of house, or both. Cross-training is encouraged.

Kitchen / Cook Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food in a certified USDA kitchen
• Prep and cook efficiently in large quantities
• Follow recipes and specifications accurately
• Follow detailed instructions and complete tasks on time
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food-safety standards
• Work independently while communicating with supervisors and teammates

Front of House Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive customer service
• Take orders accurately
• Handle payments and money responsibly
• Serve and bus tables
• Answer customer phone calls
• Keep the café clean, organized, and inviting
• Help create a warm and positive experience for every guest
