What you'll do during a shift:

• Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take accurate food orders, and interact in a pleasant and upbeat fashion.
• Cash Handling: Process cash and credit transactions following store security and register policies.
• Food Preparation & Service: Serve food promptly, help prep or assemble menu items (such as pulled pork, brisket, and ribs), and maintain food safety standards.
• Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep workstations, dining areas, and kitchen tools clean, organized, and compliant with health rules.
• Teamwork: Work alongside shift supervisors and fellow crew members to keep the line moving during busy rushes.

• Experience: No prior food service experience is required; paid training is provided by most locations.
• Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, honest, and attentive to detail.
• Personality: High-functioning, adaptable, friendly, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
