Town House Specialty Cleaning Co. is seeking reliable and detail-oriented General Cleaners to perform routine cleaning and janitorial duties at assigned locations. The General Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment while meeting Company and client standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and clean assigned areas and surfaces.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, showers, and floors, as applicable.

• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly.

• Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies.

• Perform routine and periodic/deep cleaning tasks as assigned.

• Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment, materials, and supplies.

• Follow Company safety, cleaning, and sanitation procedures.

• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, damaged equipment, or other issues to a supervisor.

• Complete assigned work within established schedules and service standards.

• Perform other cleaning duties as assigned based on operational needs.

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.

• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and regularly bend, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to work the schedule required for the assigned location.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay rate: $17.00–$20.00 per hour, based on the position, location, experience, and other job-related factors.
