Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our restaurant operations, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a high standard of food preparation. You will work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a positive dining experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the restaurant.
• Perform basic maths calculations for order processing and cash handling.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred but not essential.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others as part of a team.
