As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring that our food preparation and kitchen operations run smoothly. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and taking their orders accurately.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining area, and equipment in compliance with health regulations.
• Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
• Utilize time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders effectively.
• Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food preparation and sanitation practices.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and techniques within the restaurant setting.
