About the Role:

As a Crew Member at Moore's Olde Tyme Barbeque, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. Your primary focus will be on maintaining cleanliness, preparing and serving food and beverages, and supporting team members to meet operational goals efficiently. You will be responsible for adhering to health and safety standards, handling customer inquiries, and contributing to a welcoming and friendly environment. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks involving lifting and moving items.
• Willingness to learn and follow company policies and procedures.
