Crew Member

Crew members are the “face” of the Cold Stone Creamery experience. They are responsible for making the world’s greatest ice cream, creating a one-of-a-kind experience for every customer, and keeping the store clean and welcoming Cold Stone Creamery. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a team that values fun and community.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, answer questions about the menu, and provide accurate service WayUp.
• Product Preparation: Hand-mix ice cream, sundaes, cakes, cupcakes, waffles, shakes, and other creations to order Indeed.
• Store Maintenance: Perform cleaning tasks before and after shifts, and maintain a clean, organized store WayUp.
• Team Collaboration: Work with other crew members to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction WayUp.
• Entertainment: Participate in the “Entertainment Factor” by singing or performing when receiving tips to create a festive atmosphere Cold Stone Creamery.

Qualifications & Skills

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills WayUp.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Previous server or customer service experience is preferred but not always required WayUp.

Work Environment

Most Cold Stone Creamery stores are independently owned and operated, so employment policies and schedules are set by the local franchisee Cold Stone Creamery. Crew members typically work part-time or full-time, with flexible scheduling depending on the store.
