Crew Member - Entry Level

Your Role as an Entry Level Crew Member:

• Engage directly with customers directly to create meaningful connections and promote client services
• Contribute to building strong brand recognition and helping customers explore their options
• Work side by side with teammates in a fast-paced, supportive environment
• Grow through structured training sessions, mentorship, and hands-on experience
• Keep product knowledge sharp so you can answer questions and provide great service
• Represent Exodos Enterprise with confidence, positivity, and professionalism

Entry Level Crew Member Requirements:

• Full-time availability
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Ability to work on-site in Riverside, CA
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is helpful but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay: $900.00 - $1,400.00 per week
