Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service at the front counter
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using TOAST
• Handle retail sales transactions with precision, including cash handling and credit card processing
• Assist in food preparation, food handling, and maintaining cleanliness in the food service area
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
• Ensure food safety standards are followed through proper sanitation and food handling procedures
• Support food industry best practices by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and managing kitchen or café areas efficiently

Experience

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments preferred
• Background in food preparation, food safety management, or culinary experience is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
• Retail math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
• Experience in cashiering, serving, or grocery store operations beneficial
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining excellent customer service standards
