Crew Member - Full Time

Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Full-Time Crew Member and become a vital part of delivering exceptional service and quality food experiences! The Crew Member/packline, under the direction of the Store Manager, will primarily be responsible for ensuring all preparation and cooking are performed according to Mary Brown’s Standards. They must consistently deliver freshness, superior quality, and appealing presentation of all food products at all times.

Essential functions

• Greet all customers and make them feel welcome using Mary Brown’s service techniques.
• Enter all orders in the Point of Sales promptly and accurately.
• Suggestive selling by telling customer of any Specials or upselling.
• Ensure all food are packaged with all necessary condiments according to guidelines for takeout and dine in. Deliver the food to the table for the customer if time allows.
• Ensure all food are prepared and cooked according to Mary Brown’s guidelines.
• Ensures safe and sanitary practices are adhered to in accordance with company and facility policies.
• Follows all proper food safety procedures during preparation and cooking including maintaining all required labels and logs.
• Ensures that all food is cooked and served in the right condition, at the right temperature and at the right time.
• Maintains all related work areas and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition. Performs preparatory work such as mixing sauces, cutting potatoes and making vegetable garnishes
• Restock all items as needed throughout shift and clean/maintain station while practicing good safety and sanitation skills Adheres to outlined healthy and safety procedures Ensure all food are built and packaged according to Mary Brown’s recipe guidelines.
• Memories menu items and ingredients to ensure consistency and accuracy Communicates openly with management about concerns regarding workflow and equipment Measure the right amount of ingredients required for food preparation Performs other work-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and basic math skills for accurate order assembly and cash handling
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling practices
• Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
