The Vibe

At Vibrant Coffeehouse + Kitchen, we’re in the relationship business and just happen to sell incredible coffee and great food. We’re all about creating genuine connections and bringing our community together, one cup at a time.

At Vibrant, we take pride in building an atmosphere designed to bring out the best in everyone who walks through our doors. When you join our team, you aren’t just an "employee"; you’re a partner in our shared success. It is a rewarding experience to work where people truly believe in themselves and make a difference. Money isn’t everything, if you’re unappreciated and miserable at work.

Your mission? Delivering a consistent, high-quality, and reliable experience for every guest—keeping it fast, clean, and done right every single time!

The Persona: Who You Are

• Integrity: You’re honest, respectful, and treat your teammates like family.
• Hospitality Heart: You actually enjoy making someone’s morning better.
• Reliable: You show up when you say you will and take pride in doing a great job.
• Problem-Solver: You look for ways to make things run smoother.
• Stay Composed: You can keep your cool and stay smiling even when the morning rush hits.
• Take Initiative: You don’t sweep things under the rug; you take proactive action in improvements.

What’s In It for You (The Gain)

• Real Money: Competitive pay + tips (yes, they add up!)
• Flexibility: We get that you have a life. We offer scheduling that works for you.
• Level Up: We love seeing our crew grow. We provide hands-on training and real paths to growth
• A Solid Crew: Work in an uplifting spot with a team that actually supports each other.
• The Perks: Free drinks during your shift and sweet employee discounts.
• Community Roots: We’re locally owned and care about our neighborhood as much as our coffee.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Curate the Experience: Be the first friendly face guests to see. Chat with them, find out what they like, and suggest their new favorite drink or a snack and make memorable connections.
• Master the Craft (Coffee & Kitchen): You'll be a pro behind the bar and in the kitchen. Learn to sling lattes and prep our signature food items while following recipes and safety protocols.
• Own the Numbers: Speed through the POS, handle cash accurately, and keep the line moving without breaking a sweat.
• Keep the Space Fresh: Maintain a sharp environment - clearing tables, sweeping, washing kitchen gear, and making sure the vibe is always clean and inviting.
• Integrate Positivity: Live our values, do the right thing, and learn the art of working together.

The "Must-Haves"

• Experience: Zero experience? No problem. We’ll teach you everything. A solid work ethic, however, is a non-negotiable.
• Availability: We need team players who are cool with flexible hours - including those early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• The Basics: You’re good with basic math, can handle cash accurately, and can read/communicate with the team easily.
• Physicality: You’re comfortable being on your feet in a fast-paced environment, can lift up to 50 lbs, and don't mind the heat of a busy kitchen.
