Crew Member

Experience

• Freshers are welcome.
• 0–2 years of experience in QSR, Fast Food, Caf or Restaurant operations preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and process billing.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages as per company SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, kitchen and workstations.
• Ensure timely order preparation and delivery.
• Handle customer queries and provide prompt service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and quality standards.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass (Hotel Management candidates preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
