Position Summary
Indoor Playground Crew Members play a key role in creating a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for children and families. This role focuses on guest service, safety supervision, cleanliness, and supporting daily operations, including birthday parties and special events.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, positive attitude and provide clear information about playground rules, packages, and services.
• Supervise play areas to ensure all children are safe, following rules, and engaging in age‑appropriate activities.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility, including play structures, party rooms, washrooms, and common areas.
• Assist with party room setup, hosting, serving food, leading activities, and ensuring a smooth party experience.
• Complete cleaning and reset tasks between parties within designated timeframes.
• Support front desk operations such as check‑ins, waiver verification, and answering guest questions.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures as trained.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve minor guest concerns professionally.

Qualifications & Skills

• Friendly, energetic, and comfortable working with children.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• Able to lift, bend, and move around the facility for extended periods.
• Previous experience in childcare, customer service, or hospitality is an asset but not required.

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 3.0 – 26.0 per week
