What You’ll Own

As a Shift Leader (Restaurant Team Leader), you are responsible for the success of your shift.

• Lead the team through busy lunch and dinner rushes
• Set the tone for energy, urgency, and customer experience
• Ensure food quality, food preparation, and food safety standards
• Coach and develop team members in real time
• Handle customer issues with professionalism and confidence
• Keep operations running smoothly, cleanly, and efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a restaurant, quick service, or fast casual environment
• Previous leadership experience (shift lead, key holder, or similar) strongly preferred
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to lead by example
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment under pressure
• Reliable, accountable, and solutions-oriented
• Availability for peak shifts (especially lunch and weekends)
• Ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of restaurant leadership experience
