Crew Member/Cashier/Cook

As a restaurant crew member, your roles and responsibilities typically include the following:

Operations:

• Working on day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth functioning.
• Cooking, cleaning & prepping for orders in timely manner and follow the manager's direction
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
• Ability to handle Toast POS.
• Ensure the store maintain cleanliness and excellent health scores.

Customer Service:

Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Interact with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address their needs.
Monitor and improve service quality to enhance the customer experience.
Implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and repeat business.

Preferred:
Servsafe Certification

MUST BE ABOVE 16 years.

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
